|| Introduction to shipping industry, Deck & Engine department of the Ship, Maintenance & operation of machineries, Ship familiarization, F&B services, F&B production, Customer care service, Guest handling, Housekeeping, Front office operation & management, Life saving appliances, Survival at Sea, Swimming, Personality development, English & Computer etc.
|| Student after successfully accomplishing the training program will be awarded with the course certificate, by the academy approved by Director General of Shipping, Ministry of Surface and Transport Govt. of India. In inclusion to the above candidate will also receive INDOS and foreign CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate).
Candidate after successfully finishing the pre sea training course has to undergo On-Board training or sail for minimum period of 18 months. The eligible candidate can target to become Master mariner on board after fulfilling required sea time and clearing various exams
|| After successful completion of this Course /Training ,The Course Certification will be issued within 45 days i.e STCW-2010(FPFF, PSSR, PST, EFA, STSD, ) approved by Director General of Shipping, ministry of surface Govt. of india. In addition to that candidate will be awarded with INDOS & CDC ( continue discharge certificates)
|| After training & certificates if candidate agree to take placement by RCM then next 30 to 90 days placement will be done according to candidate choice
|| After training & certification candidate will be able to join as Deck Rating Office / Engine Rating Officer (Trainee Seaman)
With starting salary- 300$ - 500$
|Further sea experience, can be promoted in the particular department he had worked
